The portal is for businesses that are clients of PFP, and the people those businesses give a login to. Accounts are created by PFP or by invitation; there is no public sign-up. You must be an adult to use it.
PFP Endeavors client portal
Terms of use
Last updated October 7, 2026
These terms cover the client portal at portal.pfpendeavors.com, run by PFP Endeavors, LLC (PFP, or we). By signing in you agree to them. If you have a signed agreement with PFP, that agreement wins wherever the two differ.
Who can use it
Your account
- Keep your password to yourself. If we set a first password for you, you will be asked to replace it with your own.
- Tell us straight away at support@pfpendeavors.com if you think someone else has got into your account.
- An owner is responsible for the staff accounts on their business.
Your data
The records your business puts into the portal, and the records of your customers, are yours. PFP holds them to run the portal for you, and PFP support staff can open your portal to help you; when they do, it is written to your activity log. What we hold and which services see it is set out on the privacy page.
Contacting your customers
The portal can send texts and emails for you, including review requests. You are responsible for only contacting people you have a real business relationship with and the right to contact. Every review request carries a way to opt out, and the portal will not send another to someone who has. Do not use the portal to send spam or to contact people who have asked you to stop.
AI features
The help chat and the spreadsheet reader use an AI model. The help chat is an AI assistant, not a person. It explains the software; it does not give legal, financial, medical or safety advice. AI output can be wrong. Check what the reader pulled from your spreadsheet, and check every estimate, before it goes to a customer. The prices on an estimate are yours.
What you agree not to do
- Try to get into another business's records, or around the portal's security.
- Upload anything unlawful, or anything you have no right to share.
- Use the portal to harass, defraud or mislead anyone.
- Overload it, scrape it, or resell access to it.
Outside services
Parts of the portal depend on services run by other companies, such as Twilio for texts and calls, Stripe for invoices and Google for reviews and calendars. Where you connect your own account with one of them, their terms apply to that account as well.
Fees
What you pay for the portal, and how to cancel, is set by your agreement with PFP. The portal itself does not take card payments from you.
No guarantees
We work to keep the portal running and correct, but it is provided as it is. It may be unavailable at times, and figures shown as examples are labelled as examples. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Ending things
You can stop using the portal at any time. We can switch off an account that breaks these terms or puts other clients at risk. When a client leaves, their data is handled as the privacy page describes, and you can ask for a copy before it is removed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, where PFP Endeavors is registered.
Changes and contact
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Questions go to support@pfpendeavors.com.
